Photos as paintings
I have a new app, it allows me to capture light via the camera which has generated some beautiful images. The photographs take on a painterly quality and a lovely flowing light. The quiet open space is captured in its essence in these images as it softens and blurs the horizons and light bleeds and melds the contours together. Devoran creek at sunset, Harstad, Norway
Arctic Circle - I read this this week which I believe to be true on my part, I love my solitude and these quiet places where I can allow my mind to open and wander and ideas have time to form and come together.
"Creatives are often stereotyped as loners, and while that may not always be true, solitude can be the key that opens them to creativity. They need to give themselves time alone simply to allow their minds to wander. A true creative naturally has the capacity to constructively use solitude."
