To assist you in your jewellery buying decisions I’ve added a ‘frequently asked questions’ section. Click on the questions to reveal the answers. If your question isn’t listed, please get in touch here.

 

+ I don’t know my ring size?

I can post a ring sizer to you with simple instructions on how to measure your ring size. Alternatively, any good high street jewellers will be able to measure you.

+ Can I return or exchange a purchase made online?

Yes. I hope you will be really happy with your jewellery. If for any reason you are not, I am happy to offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of the purchase. The jewellery must be returned unworn, in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Commissions and customized pieces are exempt from this. Postage costs will not be refunded unless goods are faulty. Lucy Spink Jewellery does not accept responsibility for return postage, the safest way to post is Tracked and Signed for with Royal Mail.

+ How do I care for my Lucy Spink jewellery?

Silver will tarnish naturally and exposure to perfume and skin and hair products will speed this up. The more you wear it the better it will look but if you need to clean it here are my tips. Firstly, soak your jewellery in warm soapy water and clean gently with an old toothbrush. Once dry, use either a silver polishing cloth or silver dip to remove the more stubborn tarnishing. Bicarb soda works wonders on textured silver but dont use it near stones in your jewellery. Check out my journal for more information. (Want to know the best way to clean your jewellery?)

+ Postage Costs

Shipping within the UK is £8 for orders over £100 and £4 for orders under £100. Deliveries to Europe and the wider world will be charged from £10. Your jewellery will be sent in a beautifully wrapped Lucy Spink Jewellery box. Some items are kept in stock but others will need time to be made and sent away for hallmarking. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for this. Your order will be sent tracked or signed for, if it is a surprise gift please let me know.

+ I need my order urgently...

+ Can you customise an existing design for me?

Yes. There are examples of this in my commissions page but please get in touch to discuss your specific requirements.
